Where are you based?
We're based out of Indianapolis, IN and operate primarily in the Midwest and Southeast.
What type of Freight do you haul?
We are primarily flatbed. Freight consists of: Steel, Construction Materials, Coils, Heavy Haul, Oversized, Scrap Steel, Waste, Pre-Cast Walls and Pipes. We move about anything you can put on a flatbed.
How much home time do I get?
This varies on the type of lane you are running and personal preference.
How much can I make?
We are asked this all the time. Our question is how much do you want to hustle? We have Owner Operators that make well north of $7,000/week. We have company drivers that make $1,000 - $2,500+ a week.
What are you driver qualifications?
All drivers must have at least 2 years with their CDL-A
Most drivers are required to have at least 1 year of flatbed experience unless you are operating on our van lanes.
Do you run any vans?
Yes we have van lanes available as well. These lanes are a much smaller portion of our business, but we run only on higher paying van lanes.
What is the Lease Purchase Program?
VTI's Industry leading lease purchase program helps transition company drivers into an owner operator position. Drivers must qualify by proving themselves as company drivers for 60 days. Once they qualify they can move into the lease purchase.
How does the Lease Purchase Work?
VTI makes it simple. We set the price for truck and enter a contract to buy. VTI deducts a set weekly amount from the driver settlement. Once the full price has been paid VTI signs the title over to you. No catches, no extra balloon payments. You pay the truck in full its your truck. Always review your lease purchase contract for details.
